Rape is a crime against a female. This is a common thinking but the
reality is that rape is an assault which is conducted on a female but it should
be considered to be a crime against humanity.
Rape carried on Damini–pseudonym by the Indian public after the
Hindi film Damini – Lightning–a 23-year-old medical student has ignited
the fires and the common Indian who is facing hardship in many fields has now
come on roads against the government.
The politicians have in mind that Indian have short memory and this
is what has made them to play with the feelings of common Indian. Her condition
is still critical as her intestine has been cut due to gangrene. She was rape
by a group of six men while the white private bus kept on moving on the roads
of Delhi.
In past driver of Sheila Dixit the Chief Minister of Delhi has
assaulted a woman but as they were the close associates of the person who was
ruling the capital of India has been provided bail. This is the law and order
condition in India. Jagdish Kumar and Rajesh Kumar tired to drag a 22 year old
girl on 3rd July 2011 after offering her a beer can. Both the
accused were given bail within few hours as the office of the CM created
pressure on the accused. See the video attached.
Sheila Dixit said that the common Delhiiets are also responsible for
this as none passerby ever made an effort to call the cops when the victim and
her male friend were sitting on the road side in semi-nude condition. It was
cold still none put a sweater or and cloth on both she further added.
Today when the common Indians are on roads the police are using
pressure to suppress the agitation. On 22nd December 2012 when the
agitators reached the high security zone i.e. North Block, South Block and the
President House which is on Raisina Hill, made the police to use power. But the
why use of power against the agitators who are raising voice against the system
which is weak and the crime rate is on the increase on day to day basis. The male
policemen are assaulting the female agitators which are again an assault on
women who are fighting for justice to a rape victim.

All the politicians are talking on the Delhi gang rape and have
agreeing to capital punishment to the criminals. BJP leader of the Sushma Suraj
in Parliament said that she wants capital punishment for the culprits. Sharad
Pawar has also announced that his part is also demanding the change in law and
the rapist should be hanged.

thus the culprits should be hanged in public to restrain the other committing

RIP to the victim. The delhi gang rape case is so brutal that it shocked the world and grieving over the girl. Those supects should be hanged for good. Maybe because of drugs and some other stuff that influence them to do the crime but there's no exemption to the law they will still be punished even if they have a million reasons why they did that.
